To help you delete the comment that has been mistakenly post from your side can be deleted by login to your Facebook account and go that particular comment and hover the mouse and click the down arrow option beside the comment and select 'Delete'.
If comment is posted from another user on your Facebook wall, then you can only hide it.

Hi Joan,

Something may have gone wrong while updating the app.

Delete the existing app
Go to the Apple App Store
Search for Facebook
Press Get or Install
Wait for it to download and log in

You should be all set if you follow those steps.

The zip file needs opened never used this program you could try asking facebook how to unzip it or google what program to unzip evernote or contact them
