Will probably need to be diassembled and cleaned. Either a sticking key or a compromised contact on the circuit board. Any electronics repair shop should be able to fix this.

SOURCE: Roland XP 50 Head phone not working

Make sure that the level of the headphone out put is open. Make sure it is on manual adjustment and no auto level. And test your headphone on a other device to clear that your headphone is not broken. If all these options are correct you headphone pre amp of the XP 50 may be damaged or broken.

SOURCE: I have a 6 month old keyboard and have found that

Thisis hard to troubleshoot... The keyboard insynths are usually scanned as a matrix... If a disconnect diode has failed, then wrong notes can be triggered. There is USUALLY rows of the diodes on the circuit board where the keys hit. There are usually TWO contacts per key in order to sense key velocity. The lkey contacts are usually conductive rubber pills pressed against circuit traces under the keys. One sometimes needs to clean these contacts using 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Q tips.
I would do further testing of ALL combinations of notes played together to see if possibly any others show up as that could point to a particular failure.

SOURCE: roland fantom g8, problem, The last 2 octaves do

Read page 135 regarding the note range settings. Look also for keyboard split information. You may have the keyboard set to NOT play notes in the top octaves for the particular voice you are using.

Low keys stopped working rd600

Been years since I had an RD600 but I do remember it happened to me once or twice.

It was either the SPLIT function...with one of the volume sliders down, or MIDI channel. Sorry not much of a solution...hopefully this will jog your memory into experimenting with some of the RD's functions: split/transpose/MIDI etc

Volume of some keys (one octave) are lower than rest of the keyboard, any advise please ?

Take it in for repair. There may be a broken line for the velocity sensing of that octave of keys that is causing the velocity to be sensed low. The repair is NOT DIY if this is the case.

I plug two roland pk-5a to have 1 octave above the other one but the problem is I can't play in the BASS MODE or MONO MODE with the HOLD function on and stop the note I play on one unit when i play a note...

If you have two MIDI sources that you send on the same MIDI or to the same MIDI sound generator you have to use a "MIDI MERGER" or you will get notes stuck on. A MIDI merger assembles complete messages before sending them to their destination. Without it, the messages are mixed which makes them garbled.

Im having issues with my roland juno-d. there are 3 keys that are not sounding properly, they are generally quiet and slower to respond. the board and reubber have both been cleaned with alchol

The next step gets very complicated without test equipment.

It is important to realize how these keyboards work. ( I assumed you cleaned the black rubber dot that forms the contact.)

The keys are "scanned" by the electronics. Usually 12 bits are read at a time and the computer scans through the banks of keys that are usually 1 octave at a time and two per bank to enabling reading the velocity as the contacts for a key close one slightly behiund the other.

If there is any deformation of the contact bearing dome, that will cause a velocity sensing problem.

The keys are scanned as a matrix. To avoid current going backward through keys in other octaves, there are disconnect diodes that prevent coupling of one octave with another and between the two sets of contacts (for velocity sensing) within a single octave.

Do verrify that you cleaned the board and the black rubber dots with 99% isoprophyl alcohol and NOT rubbing alcohol as the latter contains an oil that worsens the problem.
