Hi akwasi,

Try pressing F2 and look in the bios for a setting that says "Load Bios defaults". If you have any PCMCI cards inserted please remove them first and try a re-boot.

Have you added any new components on the PCI bus? If you have you need to make sure that the BIOS is allowed to reconfigure the interrupts. The device in slot 03 is conflicting with the integrated network controller hosted on the PCI bus. Remove the device in slot 3 and all should be well.

Most BIOS manufacturers allow the PC/Laptop to manage it's own interrupts, so ensure the device you've inserted allows for this. If it uses fixed interrupts this might be your problem.

A good manual should details the BIOS setting you can adjust in order to get the PCI controller happy again and allow the machine to POST correctly.

check for an update of bios on acer.com it will fix your laptop problem....

You should try clearing the cmos battery. It's a small battery on the motherboard that can be taken off. Take it off for 20 minutes and put it back in. Then boot up again.

You have a n IRQ conflict meaning you have a device that is trying to use an IRQ slot that its not meant to talk on. From the looks of it you have been in the bios already so go back in and set it to factory default.

A conflict or incompatibility is possible. You may need to upgrade the firmware of either the satellite receiver and/or the TV.

One time while there were 5 people in my granpa's boat while the rest of us were fine my Aunt Gail started to fell boat illness then why if everyone else was fine.

What does this have to do with Nintendo consoles I have no idea but...
She had sea sickness which is caused by the rolling of the boat which causes a conflict between your senses; your inner ear tells your brain your body is moving, while your eyes looking at other people or objects tell your brain that you are not moving. That conflict causes your body to be out of balance and the digestive system feels very bad in that situation.

EROR Resource Conflict -PCI in slot 03

Any conflict has to be resolved in the device manager go to control panel then system then choose hardware find your device click on it see what resource it has then attempt a change.Most likely the conflict is a glich and can be resolved by changing the resource or removing the device causing the conflict

Netgear wirless - installed on toshiba satellite a45 - S151 will not connect to internet router = comcast - linksys also causes conflict with connection of other wireless computer

Presumably, you have configured your wireless router:
* SSID (your "network name")
* encryption-level ('WPA' or higher security)
* password for your network

With that information, any wireless device (iPod Touch, iPhone, NetGear wireless adapter) should be able to connect to your wireless router.
