Acer chromebook C710 won't show a login box after I turn on the device.

open the chrome gmail page and login with the same username associated in the android phone.
Under Contacts you will have them all there.
You can also select them all and export in CSV or XLS format to be used with other devices

blue sreen mainly coming from memmory and hard disk try to change one by one try .......

Change the screen settings in control panel

Plug a monitor to the vga port or a tv onto the hdmi port and start the laptop.
Still blinking but you can use it through the other screen?
->Cable inside the machine for the lcd screen damaged.
If you don't see anything on the second screen try CTRL+F4 to mirror the main screen if nothing happen then the video module is dead.
