Jazzy 1143 has new batteries all lights are good still is very slow

it may be that the joystick has been programmed for indoor or slow reaction user, you will need it to be reprogrammed (this is normally a very cheap and easy thing to do, but you need a programmer or to get a mobility shop to re program it) with most joysticks it just plugs in to the charge / data 3 pin socket on the joystick and takes less than 5 mins. a lot of mobility shops will reprogram free in the hope you will use them for further work if needed. phone a few and see how you get on, you will need to be able to tell them the type of controller (joystick) your chair has, if you are unsure do a google "image search for "wheelchair controller types" look at the images to identify the type you have fitted.

Hi

Rapid flash of lights indicates a fault in the VSI or the electrical system. You need to refer to " VSI Error Codes" on page#32 of this User Manual:

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Problem with joystick on Jazzy 1103 ultra

You will need to take it in for repair. 8 bar flash usually means you have a bad joystick/controller. They can sometimes send it in to the manufacturer to have it repaired. Find a reputable dealer and relay this info to them.
