LG Env3 is two weeks old, just got the Jabra BT8040 yesterday. It's fully charged, turns on and off as expected. Turned on the Bluetooth on the Env3, set to discover mode. It tries up to three times, never sees the Jabra.
Will call Jabra first, then Verizon.
Did notice that the Env3 is NOT a phone should on Jabra's site after you follow their 'help connecting your Blutooth headset' for the BT8040. All the shown phones are touch-screen fronts, most I don't recognize.
I have the env Touch and the Jabra Halo. Initially, I had a problem pairing the two, then I realized that I was not following the directions properly. The manual shows two sections for pairing ("first time pairing" and "later pairing"). I was following the instructions for the former when I should have been following the latter. I also failed to notice that the BT indicator was flashing blue and not solid blue, as it needs to be, for pairing mode. So, if you haven't already done so, follow the instructions for "later pairing" here. Make sure that you see the SOLID blue light on the BT indicator on the headset when you try to pair.
Try to on the bluetooth and pair it with the other devices for easy connection.
