JOB 4181 I HAVE TURNED IT OFF
On the control panel screen is section for you to check the status of print/scan items. you will be sent to a screen you select the job and check details, if this was a scan to email might check the mail server if scan to pc check folder to scan to is a shared folder

Check you smtp server settings in admin settings. Verify there correct. If your smtp server needs your email address and password to send, that should be populated as well under them smtp authentication settings.

From the panel, check the job log.
select the job that failed and then the "DETAILS" button will become active and present a more detailed report.
