If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day. ENSURE YOU WAIT THE 10 SECONDS

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

c9401 means the lamp that the scanner uses isn't turning on.

Mack a scan folder on your computer & share it to network the you go on c352 and press scan key - direct input / scan to SMB / reference / work group open / your pc name open / scan folder ok -you are ready to scan any document any help you con- me 919899653281

Change the chip or enter in service mode and change the imaging unit life duration to long life.The copier displayed continuosly Please change the image unit,press OK and ignore.

1-Re-Install the imaging unit.
2-Restart the machine.
