Will not completely close unless wall mounted button largeis pressed continuously. Otherwise the door descends only a foot or so and then returns to the fully opened position. The other 2 doors work perfectly per their respective buttons.
Unfortunately, the 2265R is not a Chamberlain supported model. The manuals for supported garage door openers are list here: http://www.chamberlain.com/parts-and-support/installation-manuals . The manual for the 2265 is here: http://www.chamberlain.com/CatalogResourcesV3/en-us/shared/files/tucmanuals/A2497M.PDF . There is also the 2265C: http://www.chamberlain.com/CatalogResourcesV3/en-us/shared/files/tucmanuals/A2512M.PDF .
It could be that the 2265R is a refurbished model. Then the manual for the 2265 garage door opener will give you the the correct manual.
In my experience, when the garage door goes down partway and then reverses completely, the problem is something breaking the light beam between the safety sensors. This can be a piece of grass or the shadow from the door when one or both sensors are getting full sun. If the problem is some weed getting pushed into the sensor range, simply cut the nearby grass shorter. To check if the problem is a shadow, try getting a couple of people to stand near (but outside) of the garage door. They should be positioned to cast a shadow on the sensors. If the door closes properly when the button is pressed, then the solution is to wait for a slightly different sun position to close the door or to continue to hold the button on the wall panel.
I hope this helps.
