You will loose all store data doing this but you will get access to using the phone again. From the LG website:
1. Power down the phone then remove/reinsert the battery to ensure that the device is completely off
2. Press and hold the following keys for 10 seconds: Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button. Release all 3 keys when the Android Recovery Menu pops up
3. Press Volume Down to scroll down and highlight "wipe data/factory reset"
4. Press the Menu Button to select
5. Press Volume Down to scroll down and highlight "Yes - Delete All User Data".
6. Press the Menu Button to select
7. After data wipe is complete simply highlight "reboot system now" and select it by pressing the Menu Button.

I advice you get another GPS, though, the phone charger might charge your GPS but it might just be epileptic charging because the rating on the GPS charger and your phone charger might not be the same, this way, you are partially rendering the life span and efficiency of the battery of your GPS down, and might lead to the damage og the battery.
I strongly advice you get another charger for the Gps.

I have found the only thing that works thus far is to click on the red phone in progress icon then go to "call options" then click transfer audio to phone, then transfer audio to nuvi. Sometimes I have to do this twice. but it works.
