Is the switch still there? If the switch is still there you might be able to activate it with a pencil eraser or something like that.. If you have lost the switch then you will not be able to equalizer your batteries

Are you using a true-RMS voltmeter to measure the DR's output? The DR's output is modified sine wave, and a cheap average reading AC voltmeter will give you a reading of 90 volts or so. Alternately, if you have an oscilloscope, you can verify that the modified sine wave is around 170V peak to peak. It should alternate in segments of -170, 0, +170, 0... The duty cycle and peak voltages will vary with the inverter load.

I have the same unit that the charging function just died on. If I can't fix it and have to buy a new one, you can have my comm board for free. Should know my status in ~ a week .

Buy a long phone cord or however long youneed. Run it temporarily to the remote board and the invertor. Make sure powrr is off during this stage.If this doesn't work the solution is probaly going tobe much tougher. See manual.

How long did you wait after the gen voltage came on? Give it a few minutes.

Look I been using solar and wind power for the last 20 years and never used public utilitiy, run your inverter to a braker box and connect your pump to it donot forgfet to ground the box and the inverter. that is all what you need...remmber modified sine wave may effect the life of the pump if it is cheep it may be ok or you need to get true Sine wave.
