My env2 wont charge. whenever i plug it in, the battery stays the same. what do i do?

LG ENV2....reset the phone to factory defaults....wont lose data, contacts, etc....worked for me...exterior backlight now shuts off

the charge isnt stayin and its resetin itself.

is it the right charger? if it is it may not be fitting good because the charger might not be good or the charging port on the phone take it to a verizon store.
