Find in a manual in advanced setup where you can adjust the maximum and minimum cooling and max min heating. Should be a set point that someone set to where it won't go lower than 76

Reset water temp in pool

Up and down arrows on a digital unit will adjust temperature to higher or lower desired temperature.
Potentiometer knob will adjust temp higher or lower by rotating the knob.

My answer is only a guess at the question you are asking - no specifics, too general and too basic.

I just purchaed a DE Series Dehumidifier. The instructions say to press the arrows keys to adjust the humidistat, but whenever I push the arrows the display reads "on". So I don't know what...

It is not abnormal for ON to show up when you first push the arrow up or arrow down button. If you want to lower the humidity press the arrow down button again, once the ON lights up. The lower you take the percentage the more humidity will be removed.

Hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

I have a Haier 65 pint dehumidifier. When I press the control button to lower the humidity setting, the word On comes up and I do not see numbers lowering.

Let's start from the beginning. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF. Unplug the unit for 5 minutes. Then plug the unit back end, and turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. Now, lower the the humidity extraction level to 40%, by using the Arrow Down Button. You will need to lower it by pushing the button for each % setting. DO NOT push and hold the Arrow Down Button.

Doing the above should solve the problem.

Normal settings 70 heating 74 to 76 cooling, I try to leave my cooling a 76 and keep it there. 76 degrees feels good if its 95 or hotter out side and the lower you set it the more it will cost.

i just called customer service for the same problem. Push the fan button, which is the MIDDLE BUTTON of the 3 bottom buttons, and the UP ARROW button at the same time, you will see the number 1 on the left of the screen. Press the bottom right button until you see the number 28 on the left, 68 should be on the right. Press the DOWN ARROW until you get to the desired temp, it won't go lower than 50. Then press ok.

Not sure, but did you clean the filter in the back? Ours has that, and the temp starts creeping up every few weeks until I clean it. But we've never been able to get it below 58 or so, and in the last year, not below 60. I think that's just the nature of this type of cooling. Our house is also at 80. But, can keep it at 60 with the above cleaning.

Temp too high

lamgrimes9,
Welcome to Fizya.,

You said, your Oster wine refrig won't lower its temperature below 76 degrees. I have it for about 5 months, and it worked fine all this time with a setting of 50 degrees. Now it refuses to lower its temp. It reverts back to 76 everytime. Can someone give me any ideas about what is wrong? FYI Mine did not come with an owner's manual.

Sounds like the Thermostat is bad.

The 350 as you stated is a default set point that you see before you start the cycle. What you should see afterwards (start bake) is the current temperature - which would normally be lower than the set or desired temperature - it will eventually get there
