Got new batteries but chRger won't charge them

Faulty main board junk it.
Are the batteries charged?

Your chrger socket on the phone may be damaged.
Charge the batteries outside th ph0one and try.
If it still doesnt work the phone has a failed main board.
Not economical to repair - junk it!

Feel your chrger, Is it warm to the touch? If it isnt, you may need to replace it. Can you turn the tablet turn off and can you turn it back on? What is the level of the battery?1/2, 3/4?

You need a new battery.

Unseat your battery and then re-seat it. If that doesn't work then you may need a new battery.

take it back they have to replace it,they either have a 60-90 day warrenty also see if battery cables are tight.if you have a chrger see if battery holds a charge.

Does all your lights on the joystick come on after charging? If you can have someone look behind your chair while still plugged in for charging, the green light on the charger will be lit if the batteries are fully charged. They will have to kneel and look under the shroud to locate the charger they will see the light if it is on. Also check the meter on the rear of the chair the meter should read zero when the chair is plugged in and fully charged. I fyour chrger is working then if the chair does not stay with power for what was normal then new batteries are probably needed

a hundred to 1 your chrger is ****. Though it will still keep it powered on....it doesnt have enough connection to give it a full charge. I had this same laptop and with the same problem. go to ebay and buy a new charger for 15 bucks and your problem is solved. In the future always try the charger first ...they are always cheaper than a new battery!

One thing i have thought of is the problem could be with the charger.

The best thing to do is, take into your dealer explain your situation ask to see if a new chrger would help.

I presume your still on warranty , then you could get a replacement.
