The C 3502 error code in Konica Minolta c 6100, 1100, 1085, and 6085 machines is related to the fusing unit. The error code indicates that the fusing unit is not heating up correctly. There are several reasons why this error code might appear, including a malfunctioning thermistor, a broken fuser heater lamp, or a damaged fuser thermostat .
Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source.
Remove the fusing unit from the machine.
Check the thermistor and fuser heater lamp for any damage.
Replace the damaged parts if necessary.
Reinstall the fusing unit and turn on the machine.

CAUSE: Code F51-2 may be caused by a failed M11 fixing motor. To determine whether or not the motor has failed, use this procedure:
1. Enter the 47 mode (I/O check mode).
2. Input "40".
3. Input multicode "0". If the M11 motor turns, it is good; if it does not turn, the motor has failed.
SOLUTION: Replace the M11 motor (p/n 56AA80072 for 7222/7228/7235 and p/n 56GA73430 for 7145) if it has failed.
