Hello, On the bill that you got there will be a phone number on it to call with any problems in billing. If not send a copy of the cashed check with the bill back too them.

Unless you paid cash for the minutes, the money should be traceable. Your bank will be able to tell you who received the payment (debit, checking or credit card). Credit card statements usually list the phone number of the payee. If you paid by cash, check with the place that took the payment.

The only way to resolve this problem is if you paid with paypal file a claim with them. Or you can file a claim with ebay and explain the problem with them. We can not help will items that were bought on ebay. We can only help you if you did buy an item that was on ebay that was damaged and could be repaired. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You need to call the merchant where you bought these coins so they can issue a return authorization number. If these coins were shipped to you, ask them how you can ship these coins back to them. The credit will be done as soon as the return has been completed. If this is a virtual coin, meaning no coins shipped to you, same thing. Call the merchant or company where you purchase these from and they will do the return and credit process. They will be the one to contact paypal for the reversal of the charges.
