Many Cobra two-way radio manuals are available from the manufacturer: https://www.cobra.com/support/product-manuals . Use the drop-down menu to select two-way radios. I have this manual. I looked online at the Cobra site for a digital copy, and the manual for the CXT225 is a very close match. I checked it page by page and only found one small difference in the section on charging the battery. (Don't leave it on the charger more than 24 hours). CXT 195. What amp charger to use?

Do you mean 145? I cannot find a 195 on their web site. The CXT 145 comes with a USB Y charger cable, designed to charge off a USB port. Use a high output USB adapter. Amps of 1 to 3 should work fine. You are using rechargeable NiMh batteries and they do not care as long as it is at least 1 amp. Higher amp will charge a bit faster and make the batteries hotter.

Can a Motorola talk about 250 talk to a cobra CXT 195. They can hear me from the Motorola I just cant hear them

Your code (PL code, interference eliminator, quiet call) is not programmed the same on both radios. The Cobra appears to be set to open squelch (no code). Set your Motorola code setting to zero (off). This should solve the problem.
