Check the DNS numbers you have in your network configuration under TCP/IP. Can you ping google? Go to the START button, then RUN and type in CMD and hit enter. A dos prompt window will open (black screen with text and the cursor will be blinking). Type in - ping www.google.com - and hit enter. It should come back with times it takes to ping google. If it comes back not finding google then you're not connecting to the webserver... need right dns numbers.
