2011 camry altise. cd went in then spat it straight back out and now says cd in but no cd in. press I ng eject button does nothing.

It sounds like you have a disc stuck and it's overriding any commands. I would put the key to acc. Then I would unplug the cd changer from the back of changer and after a min or 2 plug it back in as you hold down on the eject button

Sounds like the changer has failed, Although not the cheepest solution the best would be to take it to your dealer.

Ejecting a CD in Ford Edge with mytouch to the right of where you put in the cd and immediately below the passenger airbag on/off light - there is a little triangle with a line below it. That is the eject "button" - not really a button, it's flush with the dash. It will light up when the car is running. Press that.

Take a paper clip and bend a small portion of it so it is straight and push it in to the CD slot trying to make it on top of the CD. Push the eject button and whiloe it is trying to eject the disc try pulling it out with the paper clip. Pull a little bit and then set it up and again. Eventually you will catch the center of the disc or have it out enough that you can poull it out.

There is a small hole, usually near the eject button. Unbend a paper clip and carefully push the paper clip into the hole, try to keep it straight. drive should pop right out.

hi there that is sorta the problem i had and if you press eject nothing happens its still in there what i done was disconnect the battery for at least one minute and the cd changer lost its memory and was fine so i ejected the cd magazine and cleaned all the cds and blew out inside the machine has worked everytime its woth a try

when you press ON button try to press the eject button of the cd-rom drive. last night we have the same problem.

hey, i aint sure how to get it to play again but to get the cd out, you will see a small round hole stick a paperclip straight in there and it will pop out on most models.. All the best John
