Where can I find a wiring schematic for a Caterpillar Power Cube HC-5128

I am having problems getting power to the keypad and the auxillary lights. There is no power there but there is power to the main unit. There is power to the computer but there is nothing coming out. I have tried everything to fix this and now need a wiring schematic to trace the problem.

ENTER THE FCC ID # YOU MUST ENTER IT CORRECTLY.
FOR INSTANCE...MY FCC ID # IS G9H3-5810 ENTERD CORRECTLY WOULD BE ON THE FIRST LINE
G9H AND THE NEXT LINE 3-5810.
TRY THIS FIRST UNTIL YOU GET USE TO IT AN IT WILL BRING UP ANOTHER MENU. UNDER DISPLAY EXHIBIT CLICK ON DETAIL
THEIR YOU WILL SEE BLOC DIAGRAMS,SCHEMATICS ETC. HOWEVER NOT EVERY RADIO WILL DISPLAY THIS,IF THE COMPANY PAYS EXTRA $ TO THE FCC CERTIAN THINGS WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED LIKE SCHEMATICS.

SOURCE: LG 42KK Power Supply Schematic Requested

you won't find any just ,

use a thermal probe or thermal gun as heat is likely the issue ,
if nothing else replace the main diode /rectifier and caps.
I find that if I replace the hottest items that usually the fix

if there is room for a small fan you will be doing them a great service and extend the life of the tv.

you may find some info on the power supply from one of these links they are generic enough

SOURCE: No power

Hi Jerry,
The power wires are usually numbered 11 & 22 (one winding) and 33 & 44 (the other winding) Because it makes 190VAC on one side only I'd suspect that the AVR output got burned trying to force the rotor to make voltage it couldn't sense. If I remember correctly the AVR will have wires 11 & 22 connected to it as the sense input, so if that side of the stator is open or shorted, or if the sense wires got broken the AVR will be mased out trying to get the right voltage.

You don't specify which model this is but some of the manuals are available here.

Regards,
Carl

SOURCE: PCM Troubleshooting Check light on with no code reader power

You can't jump the connector to get codes on OBD II. (Pre 1996) Try hooking back up you code reader. If it doesn't communicate, check the fuse for the cig lighter. This fuse should also power up the diagnostic plug.

SOURCE: Casio CT-670 Tone Bank keyboard completely dead

How familiar are you with schematics? I've just found my CT-670, There where marker marks on the keys. I cleaned it up. I took it apart as one channels had no sound. I love this machine. I want to find a manual for it also schematics would be very helpful for me too.
I would suggest looking inside for burns on semiconductors. or loose soldering. I need to replace a chip that has no cross reference... that I've found yet... I think it's an amplifier but need to spend more time on it....

Honeywell vista 20 wire 107 109 trouble message error on key pad what does this mean? also found 1 expander led light off and those zones are open, i attempt bypass now all are in trouble?

Let's start with the 107 wire expansion fault your getting. Yes that is the wired expansion/zone expander wired to the data bus which is the same four wires that the keypads use. Their should be a schematic on the door of your panel but they should be on terminals 4,5,6,7 on your main alarm panel. Aux power positive, Aux power negative, Data A/IN, Data B/OUT. That message on the keypad is telling you that that expander is not communicating. Take a multimeter and check for 12 volts DC on the bus connections at the expander. They should be the red and black wires. Be sure to check the labeling on the circuit board though. Start there and let me know. I'm available for direct call/video chat at the link below.

Caterpillar 924F has no power to all four front facing work lamps, the switch is working OK, power in and out.

Do you have power available at the harness deutch plug connector running out through the cab-it should split into two cables, if no power here it sounds like a relay, find the working light relay and swap it with another to see if this solves your problem

I have an american legacy amp 16oo watts. I was driving down the road and all was good then it just stopped beating... The red light is on and that is it. What can I do to fix it.

Unplug your speaker and auxillary wires and just leave your remote/ground/power(battery) wires connected. turn on radio and see if the red light turns off. if not, then the amp is shorted. If it works plug in the speaker wires and the auxillary wires one at a time and see which one makes it go into surge protect(red) mode. then that's the problem wire/speaker.

I have a Samsung HC-P4252W tv that has a blank screen. The LED lights up at the front but I get no picture and no sound. Do you know where I can get a schematic for this tv and a procedure to troubleshoot...

How are the lights blinking in the front? All 3? Combination of the 3? Let me know and I can tell you where to start? Any funny noises that are there or not there anymore?

Fan Not Working

Sounds like a motor problem...but not necessarily. Cut power to the unit. Expose the motor assembly. Turn the fan by hand...if it is jammed or hard to turn...replace that motor. Not that? There is likely a motor connector. Get a test light at the hardware store. Disconnect the motor and then probe the wires coming to the connector from the power side (with the power on again) to see if the tester glows. Yes...bad motor. No, find the bad connection. It is possible that this unit uses a multi switch...if that's the case, there will be three wires coming out of it...One is power in...the others go to the light and the fan. Then, the switch will be the culprit. Hope this helps.
