Super general washing machine continue pump running and show e12

The error code E12 on a Super General washing machine indicates a drainage issue. This could be caused by a few different things:
  1. Clogged drain hose: The drain hose that carries the water from the washing machine to the drain may be clogged. Check the drain hose to make sure that it is not blocked by debris.
  2. Drain pump: The drain pump is responsible for pumping the water out of the washing machine. If the pump is clogged or damaged, it will not be able to pump the water out and the machine will display an E12 error.
  3. Drain filter: The drain filter is located in the drain pump and is responsible for trapping debris that may clog the drain hose. Check the drain filter to make sure it's not clogged.
  4. Control board: The control board manages the washing machine's functions and if it's faulty it can cause the drain pump to run continuously and display the E12 error.
It's recommended to first check the drain hose, drain pump, and drain filter to see if they are the cause of the issue. If these are all clear, the problem may be with the control board, which will require professional repair. Please be careful when checking the drain pump and filter, as the water may be hot if the machine is in the middle of a cycle.

I have super general sgw620 washing machine,my drain area is upper and on the wall. can u pls advise how to use this machine with upper drainage system

The drain on the wall is called a Stand Pipe. It is designed to be higher than the washing machine so that you do not flood the building every time you do a load of wash. The Machine has a built-in pump to pump the water out of the machine when needed.
You will need to attach a washing machine drain hose to the machine. You should be able to find one at Lowes or Home Depot. https://www.lowes.com/pd/bosch-drain-hose-extension-kit-gray/1000024537?cm_mmc=shp-_-c-_-prd-_-app-_-google-_-pla-_-186-_-sosaccessories-_-1000024537-_-0&kpid&k_clickID=go_625713068_34614756550_111134534590_pla-261169297148_c_9027729&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwc_2u8_-4AIV9x6tBh1fSA3fEAQYAyABEgJjjPD_BwE

Where is the filter?

Generally for front loaders. Disconnect power from circuit breaker or unplug power cord before starting. The filter in the hotpoint aquarius 1200 is in the front bottom side, hidden by a trim panel. Remove the trim panel at the bottom of the front side (screws underneath?) and find access at the right hand side. Keep a large flat container ready to collect water from drain filter. You clean out the filter, don't change. Whenever you think it is clogged.
If helped pl click so.

My machine has stopped working..I need to drain the water out...where will the drain pipe be on WT741 Hotpoint please...Thank you

The drain outlet hose is located at the bottom rear left of washer.
Once you have got the water out, I suggest you check the pump filter.
Remove the lower rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose from bottom of drum at right side.
Clean filter inside the hose.
Remove black hose onto pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here as well.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

Washer is leaking out of overflow tube

first
check the drainage pipe, the hose goes into and make sure its not clogged, once you know there are no obstructions reattach the drain hose. be sure it goes a couple of inches into the pipe but has a little space for air flow between hose and pipe. I this doesnt fix the problem the hose made need to be raised, it should enter the pipe several inches higher than the washer. Hope this helps

Where is the drain filter and the spin rinse sensor located on

Have not heard of a part called a "spin rinse sensor". Drain filter is located behind the small access door at the bottom left on front of the machine. Use small hose there to drain remaining water out of pump and hoses, then unscrew the big thing on the right side (end of the filter).
