All you have to do is add the accounts, set up and sign into all your accounts on your phone and tablet. Once you have done so, stay signed in and go to settings and set up your sync options. If you have several google accounts, make your you add them in as well for sync. Especially calendar and email. Best sync setting is every 15 minutes to 30 minutes depending on need or usage. I hope this helps.
Have you tried a reset by unplugging any power and holding down the power button for at least 20 seconds? It sounds as if it's having an issue with your account sync so try confirming that those details are correct and any payment option is up to date. If that doesn't work the last option is a factory reset but be aware this will completely wipe your personal data including syncing to your account. It would be just like you first got it and you'll have to set everything up again. You shouldn't lose any data that exists on the Kindle site but you'll have to download your apps and books again.
It just got the network, of course you need to get in your mail account then check it. It could not sync any email without a mail account. Or ask Samsung for directly help.
To sync e-mails to your iPad, you must put the e-mail account details directly into the mail app. This is because Outlook is merely an application to download and read e-mails.
To add an e-mail account to your iPad:
1. Tap the Mail icon at the bottom of the home screen on iPad.
Step 2. Then tap to add type of email account that you want at add among: Microsoft Exchange, Mobile me, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL or others. For example, if you want to add a Yahoo mail, just tap the Yahoo mail as follows:
Step 3. Then enter login details for selected email account type.
It will configure automatically and you should able to send - receive emails.
If you sync with an Exchange server of some kind, your outlook contacts should be synced to that server. If that is the case, add the Exchange server to your iPad under Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar>Add Account. Then, make sure the slider switch beside Contacts is set to 'On'. If you are not connected to an Exchange server, you can always try syncing to another service like Google Contacts and use that service's sync functions to bring the contacts on to your iPad.
Hope this helps,
Alistair
