SOURCE: Ear piece does not work. Station top light does not come on

Did the earpiece battery run down? If it did, the base will lose the connection. Does the red light on the left on the holder flash?

Ensure you have charged the earpiece and turn it on ... once the earpiece is flashing blue, I've found it take about 30-45 seconds for the base to pick it up and pair again.

You'll know it found it when the red light becomes solid and the blue upper light glows.

SOURCE: accidently deleted ear piece and now my storm cant

Do you still have your charger cradle? Try putting in the number that's bolded on the bottom of the case. Mine is a twelve digit number and it is the pin number that your phone is looking for. At least it was for mine.

How do i pair my jawbone bluetooth headset to my envy touch?

I found this on another website and it worked for me.

"I was also having a lot of difficulty getting my Jawbone II or "new Jawbone" into pairing mode. I finally ended up carefully removing the outer plastic shield. It popped off without breaking anything and then I was able to easily press BOTH the noise shield button AND the talk button. With the plastic cover OFF, I was able to put my Jawbone into pairing mode on the FIRST TRY!"
