I don`t have the remote just using the button`s on the T.V. need it to go to channel 3 or 4 but won`t change.
Try to preset the channels bec,it is not on the tv button memory but only on remote.go to channel settings and preset cable channels

Usually the fix for that on a RCA or GE TV is to go into the menu (the button in on the front of the TV) and find channel settings and let the TV autoprogram itself. This should fix the issue.

This is a very common problem for RCA TV. I have one as well. or go to www.tv.rca.com/ there are free manual there

try putting the tv on channel 00, that is where this tv apparently shows the input from at least one on the video channels.

or the sat box act as the tuner, if you are using outside ant then use a vcr as your tuner to the set. this is a easy and cheep way to fix your problem. 540 views
