bios password did you set anything ?? it won't be reset.. try to remember or registered costumer service canter will change bios chip.... if you forgot bios password..

there should be some numbers that will tell you what the system is usually a series of numbers followed by -b595 for example. need all the numbers you see in order to help.

From the web interface, the default user "admin" password is changed and console access is disabled
Cause:
When applying the new password, by default the service-type is set to "telnet". When applied, the default "terminal" setting is removed thus disabling console access.

Hello,

When you installed the system, you entered a BIOS password.
There is nothing you can do to bypass that password. The only solution is to take laptop to Toshiba Certified Service Center to have password disabled.
