Perhaps you should take it back where it was serviced. The machine should have been oiled when it was serviced. There could be something else hanging up that should be addressed.

The instruction book should have oiling instructions and helpful diagrams and an oilcan should be one of the accessories supplied with the machine if oiling is required.
Plastics have replaced metal in many ways and removed much of the need for oiling. Unfortunately plastic often squeaks louder than metal. Some plastic tolerates oiling very well but causes deterioration of other plastics and a silicone grease or spray should be used.

WHAT DO I DO TO GET MY BABY LOCK ELLURE ESL TO PICK UP THE BOBBIN THREAD?

You have your bobbin inserted into the machine spinning in the wrong direction. take the bobbin out and flip it over and wind around needle plate guide and cut. Look at the little pictogram on the plastic part of the machines throat plate. It shows which direction the thread should spin off the spool when you drop the top loading bobbin into the bobbin case.

I need to service my Baby Lock Ellure sewing machine. Any information would be helpful.

All you do is clean the bobbin area - no oiling unless stated in the maintenance section of the manual.

If you do not have a manual, the Babylock website may have a download.

Does Allure ESL have a port to plug in a card reader?

I cannot find any reference to a Babylock Allure ESL.

There is a Babylock Ellure, which uses the card only and the Babylock Ellure Plus with UBS port A for a flash drive.

Have you looked at your manual or bought the more expensive book from your dealer? I have found my book for my Evolve a VERY good investment (70 bucks, but worth every penny these past 2 years!)
Baby Lock have very good cust. service either on the web or right at your dealer. Most dealers will give free lessons upon request.
I hope this helped
