I have sony Vaio VGN-SR13Mn when i enter the cd show blue Screen and only mouse arrow apearing so plz advice

we need to determain if your camera is still installed properly. Click the start button now just above it you will see a rectangle search box in that type device manager click enter now in that list you need to find your camera (Imaging Device) & see if it's installed. if there is a arrow next to it this means there is something wrong possibly uninstalled or needs a driver update, so right click on it then left click on update driver hopfully that helps

Go to start menu, control panel, click display, and click setting at top right, left side down you will see a arrow under resolution, move mouse over it and move it one notch to the left, click apply, and a small window will pop up, do you want save these changes, click ok. Repeat if needed.

Does it show a colored line at the bottom of the screen? If yes call Sony VAIO as that is known issue which will require repair at no cost. 239-768-7545
If not, does it happen in safe mode? You may press or hold F8 when unit is starting to enter safe mode. If it doesnt happen in safe mode it could be another program you had installed, I have seen this issue occuring with a mouse driver. Uninstall it or disable it from system config or start with clean boot.
