ASKO 1375 Dishwasher top rack keeps rolling out

The top rack/basket rolls out fully when door is opened, Can this be adjusted some way? Is the entire unit not leveled properly? Have had no problem with it for years. I replaced the two small plastic end cap things on the front and back of both sliding roller bearing units with no effect.

SOURCE: Top Rack always slides out fully

Well, you are right on about the level. It is tilted just slightly forward. The only parts to go bad are the plastic ball bearing guides, and usually when they go, you get a rack that wont come out and gets jammed. You 've got the problem, you just need to remove the screws hidden in the holes that are sometimes coverd with rubber plugs so that the dishwasher may move freely, andjust it till it no longer rolls out, then screw it back to the counter to hold it in place. There are no springs in that rack, so either its still tilted forward, or the tank is bowed or bent somehow, and that would mean new dishwasher. Hope this helps!

My ASKO dishwasher D3120 is tilting forward when loading the baskets and both baskets roll out of the machine This has happened before when we first purchased this dishwasher

The top of the dishwasher is supposed to be attached to the underside of the countertop to prevent this problem. Open the door, and look at the top/front of the inside, and see if there are screws there to attach to the underside of the countertop.

Front top panel broken on ASKO model 1375 where can i get a replacement

Parts of that type might be hard to get for this model.

Try this site and select the part based on your dishwasher finish.

How much water do I use for the Salton hot basket? I do not have the instructions.

if it is the Cosmopolitan "Hot Basket" you put a tablespoon of water in the water hole. The opening is located on the cover of the "hot basket". This method is best for items made with grain such as : bagels, Italian or French bread, biscuits, Danish pastry, dinner rolls, hard rolls, yesterday's rolls. To keep these items hot, place the rack in the bottom of the hot basket lettering face up add 1 tablespoon of water to the water hole opening located on the cover of the" hot basket".

Asko dw 95.2 model 1705 after 6 years of use the dishwasher top drawer rolls out. Will not stay inside when main door is open.

Check the level and tightness of the slide rails--they may have come loose after the years of use. Make sure the dishwasher case itself is level. Hope this helps!

Need upper/lower racks for Asko 1375

An authorized servicer could order them for you but I just priced them and they would cost over $300. You can find a servicer at asko's website.

Top rack is not level. Glasses and cups roll forward

I assume that the bottom rack is level and the upper rack is not.
On the LG dishwashers, you can remove the upper rack by removing the little gray clip at the front of the rails. Each will fall off in your hands. You can then pull the basket out.
Place it on the floor and confirm that all wheels roll properly and all touch evenly. Resolve any problems on the rack via LG service parts.
Inspect the rails still inside the dishwasher, confirm that they are paralel and level.
Replace the upper basket carefully, making sure the wheels all slide into the rail evenly.
Please update me on what was done to finally resolve the problem.
