Sometimes you need to burp out any trapped air under the vacuum as you place it in the water. Trapped air bubble can cause that. I have had to fasten a light diving weight to mine once before I figured it out.
i need to know the same thing,I hooked everything up as it looked right but no suction?I hooked the 1-1/4 hose to the vinyl liner vac. head then hooked the other end to my intake hole wich sucks into my filter, but i notice the filter water is not circulating properly, the filter itself is drained of water? will this burn it out or what?
you have to remove the bottom of the unit, youll see on the sides of that piece a place where they fit. If you want a copy of the manuel, I can email it to you.:) (its hard to explain in words, lol)
Either you are not lowering the shampooer tray all the way down or maybe you lost the vinyl lip that is mounted on the front of the tray. Detailed shampoo instructions and pictures HERE.
I no more use Eureka 4331 (Boss Lite). But the most common reason for not picking up dirt might be the vacuum bag might be full. Need to be Clean or replace as recommended by the manufacturer or The air filter traps particles as the air travels through the vacuum cleaner. If the filter is clogged, the vacuum cleaner will not have proper suction. If your vacuum filter is clogged, refer to your owner's manual for cleaning instructions. I recommend having Eureka Power Speed for yourself.

Hello, This is not a question for the vacuum website, and I suggest that you check with an actual pool company because a vac dealer would not know the answer to the question, only a pool company would know. Sorry I could not help you this time. Don – The Vac Man Go Ahead.Use Us.
