Your cellphone provider should have provided you with certain data to set up your phone, depending on the phone type, the send and recieve settings for text messages and calls can vary. If you did not recieve these your best option would be to call your cellphone provider helpdesk. Newer phones can be set-up by a simple text message from the provider. Or they might have to guide you trough the settings manually.
You need to restore factory settings of your k800i . your phone default code is 0000, go to setting then select restore setting or factory setting and enter code 0000 .

sir is it blinks with white screen only or blinks with white screen then shut down? -if the phone can receive/send text and mms messages while the incoming and outgoing calls become shut down,i think you need to replace the battery because it is weak.use only original battery. -and if it is blink with white screen only try to reset all settings or reformat your phone,if not work hardware problem go to repair shop.
hi there, call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options cheers
You may want to call your wireless provider to make sure they haven't blocked text messaging on your account. I had text messaging blocked on my account for a while because I had two children on my account and couldn't trust them not to run up the bill.
Somce cell phone carriers can block outgoing texts, separately from incoming texts.. You might want to check with your cell company and see if they accidentally blocked your incoming.
What happens to the incoming calls? Check that you have not set the phone so that calls are diverted to voice mail or another number. Call your service provider and they will probably be able to send you a "service message" that will reset that.
