HOW DO I GET THE PHONE TO RING LONER WHEN RECEIVING A CALL

Press Menu. Select "Answering Setup" and see if you can solve your problem there.

Go to menu option and choose the option fax and set the parameter like auto receive or manual set the ring auto answer mode after certain ring. If it is in auto receiving mode it will receive the fax after the ring which you set. Make sure the phone wire which you insert in fax machine getting proper dial tone and getting out going calling facility.

Your logic board is bad.

try ring only

Fax machines are ANALOG devices and will not work reliably on DIGITAL phone lines. you cannot set a fax machine to digital.

Take back the phone and have it exchanged

I turned the phone off and then on. Either that did it or it solved itself.

the ringer speaker is in miscontact so if u are good at opening then just open it and refit it including speakers then check it...
if problem persists then replace the speakers with the new one....
otherwise visit the technician.........
