Password doesn't work

First, you may have to input the password for your Router. Which you can get from your service provider. Call them to make sure you have the right password. The Roku itself will give you a different password. This is why it is important to write everything down for your devices.

i dunno if it gives u wrong pass or it doesn t let u type the password .any way try to type ur password code and wait for like 20 mins or so and press ok some phone give this problem when u type the pass faster and it need to read the pass slowly good luck

If your Yahoo account password doesn't work, you will have to reset the password by using the Yahoo password reset wizard.

To open the password reset wizard, click here

Then on the page which opens, select "My password doesn't work" from the options and click Next.

Enter your email id and also identify and enter the security code displayed in the captcha box.

Now click Next button. On the next page, select the alternate email id or the answers to the two security questions which you have provided while registering the email account.

You will then receive a password reset email from Yahoo on your alternate email address.

Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password. Hope this solves your problem.

Hook it to your PC with an ethernet cord and type 192.168.1.1 into your browser address bar. user name is admin and password is admin.

If that doesn't work, there is a reset button in a pinhole on the back. Press it for 30 seconds.

the only reason your new password would be rejected is because it doesn't meet the criteria in respect of letters, numbers and length.

boot up in safemode and change your password. or next time write down your passwords, or download last pass. last pass will remember passwords for you and you can make your own and if you ever forget one u can check your log file

if you're connected to the router on your computer you can reset the router password through your Internet browser by entering the URL 192.168.1.1 a password prompt will pop up enter admin for the user name and password after that go to the wireless tab then the security sub-tab and you can change it there

It is located on the bottom of the router. If the PIN # doesn't work because it has more than 8 digits, click in the option towards the bottom of the window where it says something like "enter pass phrase/password instead." The password is also in the bottom of the router under "WPA-PSK." And you are done.

that means that the security level is wpa-psk on the router, but your pc only supports wep, you need to change to wep security in the router settings for this 16 digit pass code
