U can delete everything. U can delete widgets what u dont need. Or a calculator. try to delete some messages what u dont want to have. or some pictures what u dont need. Try something of theese

I'm not sure why you have 2 clocks. Are they together in a widget? Or is one in the notification bar and one a widget?

My best guess is that you've got 2 timezones set up in world clock. Go to apps, world clock, delete the incorrect timezone.

Adding & Removing Widgets and Items from iOS Notification Center

Don't care to see Reminders or Stocks in your Notifications screen? You can add or remove anything:

1. If you haven't already, unlock the iOS device swipe down to bring about Notifications panel
2. Select the "Today" tab and choose "Edit" at the bottom of the list
   • Delete Widgets from Notifications: Tap the red (-) minus buttons alongside items to remove them from the Notification panel

The App that you are wanting to get rid of is more than likely a built in App. All Apple iOS devices ie iPhone, iPod, iPad, iWatch come with pre-installed Apps, these apps unfortunately cannot be deleted, Apple does not provide any options with these built in apps to hide, remove or otherwise. Go to the Settings icon on main screen, Safari, clear history or cookies

Keep your finger on the widget until it changes colour then drag it to the waste bin on the screen and let go. Depending on tablet,software etc waste bin could be centre top of screen, taskbar bottom of screen or at the side but it will be there.:-)
