Where can I find a user guide or manual for the Casio HR-100TM calculator?

Casio has most of their calculator and adding machine manuals available here: http://support.casio.com/en/manual/manuallist.php?cid=004 . Select Printing Calculators in the first drop-down menu. Then select the HR-100TM/HR-150TM in the second drop-down menu. Press the Search button. Should just be a matter of lifting up the lid, removing the old roller and replacing it with a new one. That's how mine works.

have you tried the 'manualsonline' website ?

Make sure you have the right AC adapter plugged in. I have two Casio printing calculators of different sizes with two different adapters. Though the input plug fits either calculator, only one of them is meant for the HR-100TM
