My MP3 player no longer plays through my Q2, it was working fine until today then nothing. I have tried another cable, nothing, yet bluetooth still works. Any thoughts?
All I get is a bit of static. It works fine in my husband's helmet.

If anyone still has this problem download the file from iplayer then play it on your pc. Finally just drag and drop from the download location via file explorer to the video folder under the Q2 directory
Hi there, this lens may be dirty or it may have a thin layer of heat film that is causing it to not read in a consistent manner. i would try to clean the lens with a good CD lens cleaner. if the cleansingdoesn't restore the lens to its original reading state, this will confirm lens assembly failure and you will need to replace this assembly.
