My mecer 8.0 PAD stuck on main screen when I power it on stuck showing mecer

1. Power off the tablet.
2. Press the Power and Volume buttons at the same time until the system boots into fast boot.
3. Select Recover Mode by pressing the Volume button, then press the Power button to reboot the tablet to the Recovery mode OS.

Laptop reset after BSOD:
The 'Blue screen of *****' or in your Mecer's case "Blank Screen of *****' is usually casused by a sofware / hardware error, but can just be that RAM has become corrupted, or a conflict has caused a system lockup.
Also called a 'crash'.
If this is the issue, it may be that there are not enough available resorces to run your display drivers.
Try this hack:
[1] Switch off laptop, if on.
[2] Remove external power.
[3] Remove battery.
[4] Press POWER button for about 0.5 minutes to 1 minute.
[5] Re-insert battery.
[6] Re-plug external power pack.
[7] Try boot up.

It's a high voltage error. The machine probably needs the fuser rebuilt.

You can temporarily clear the code in service mode.
(if you dont do it fast enough the screen will shut off, just reboot and try again.)

hit additional functions.....let go
hit the 2 and the 8 key together.... let go
hit additional function ......let go


then on the screen hit
copier...
function
clear
err
then push ok on the screen, after that reboot the machine from the main power switch and it should clear.

"Power Save Mode" but it tells you to press a key or whatever?

were you able to reboot the PC?

if you can reboot the PC but no screen is showing up during Windows load (you can see the hard drive activity LED lighting up and your hard drive spinning), then, youre probably have a broken monitor.


Or if your problem is you cannot wake from power saving mode (after your PC goes to sleep, then its probably just the driver for your video card). VISTA has some issues with certain drivers that the PC cannot wake from sleep. http://www.ezsystemrepairs.com/

If I can successfully convey the way for you to enter service mode,and then guide you to where you need to be then this is cake. To enter service mode you need tho make a fluid 3 three step key execution. Locate the "additional functions" key.Press it and release,press the numbers 2&8 at the same time and release,press additional funtions again and release.3 steps,fluid,and prompt.You may need a few tries and don't be afraid to press reset if you fumble.Once you have entered service mode the screen will change and say "service mode". You will have any number of tabs to select from on the screen but you want to select "COPIER".New screen shows. Now focus on the tabs across the top of the new screen. Select "OPTION".Now the screen will have tabs in the "body " of the main screen. Select "ACC". Now select "DK-P". The value there is " 0 " which means A4. Press the number "1" from the 9 key pad then press "OK" at the lower right corner. Then 1 should appear now to the right of DK-P. Now turn the main power switch off located on the right side of the copier, at the rear , about halfway down. Wait a sec, and power up. try to start it in safe mode, then you can run system restore back to see if this fixes it. when computer loads up and shows the first screen, then push f-8 before it fully loads, this will take you to the safe mode screen, choose safe mode, then when loaded run system restore back to where the problem was ok. if this does not work then I would restore windows from the backup cd. if using safe mode when rebooting, it will change back to normal.

Your Battery is probably dead and can't hold any more charge as for the disc, its probably only made for the desktop computer

How to Exit the Sabbath Feature
Touch the Clear/Off pad.
If the oven is cooking, wait for a random
delay period of approximately 30
seconds to 1 minute, until only ⊃ is
in the display.
Press and hold both the Bake and Broil
Hi/Lo pads, at the same time, until the
display shows SF.
Tap the Delay Start pad until
12 shdn or no shdn appears in the
display. 12 shdn indicates that the oven
will automatically turn off after 12
hours. no shdn indicates that the oven
will not automatically turn off.
Touch the Start pad.
NOTE: If a power outage occurred while
the oven was in Sabbath, the oven will
automatically turn off and stay off even when
the power returns. The oven control must
be reset.
