Turn off your phone Press at the same time volume up, power, vol - In recovery mode select factory reset then wipe cache partition,by last reboot system now.

we dont have access to your private ,personal accounts -and if you dont know we definitely dont can try provider for assistance

PUK are giving by the provider..
When PUK is locked;

1. Enter PUK code supplied with SIM or USIM card; or
2. Contact the service provider or the operator of your SIM card.

PUK codes are only available from your service provider
contact them on another phone ,provide proof that you own the account and they will give it to you

Hi Casey, If you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again sometime in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. BUT if you've forgotten your pattern code The link below is a YouTube video of a guy showing 3 ways but the 3rd way is a factory reset meaning you loose everything in your phone but the first two ways are worth watching. You will get the Puk number from you connection services center and you will be required to take you NIC card with your self.

Lost Pin cannot be recovered. You need to enter a wrong pin 3 times until you get the PUK code.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.

The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
