Unable to start,the waste bottle need to be replaced

You need to use baking soda not vinegar.

The wate motor transfers (you guess it) waste toner to the waste toner bottle. If the bottle fills up, the motor cannot transfer more waste to it. This is rare, for the printer should ask for a new waste toner bottle when the previous one fills. However,it happens frequently when users try to empty and clean the bottle instead of replacing it.

Are you sure the clear section is cleaned. The waste box may have a chip on it that tells the copier I am full, so vacuum iy out will not help. if you see a clear sectoin of plastic that has to be clear or the sensors will read the box as full. Replace the box, recommend always have a spare, so that during a print job if it come up replace the box and keep running. Another could be you are required to clear a counter every time you replace the box as long as the counter is not clear copier thinks the box is full. Go to Xerox web site contact them.

E000019-0000 is "waste toner box full" error message. It can be reset by removing and cleaning the waste toner box.
What is Waste toner?
Some amount of toner still remains on drum even after image has been transferred to paper. This toner is not reused and sent to waste toner box instead. When waste toner container is full, E000019-0000 displays on the display panel to alert the user.
Where is Waste toner box?
Location of the container might be different for each model. In Canon IR 2200, it is located on left rear corner, just behind the cover. Dispose off the toner and clean the container thoroughly. Don't forget to clean the neck area of the bottle. After reinserting the container, restart the machine and error E000019-0000 should have vanished.

The only ways to reset the count:
1: replace the waste toner bottle with a brand new one.
2: thoroughly clean all the waste toner out of the bottle(requires disassembly and reassembly - making sure you get all the springs and parts back in right)
The waste toner bottle is relatively inexpensive, so I would just recommend doing that. Cleaning out the bottle is extremely messy.

So, you need to do next:

Because of statics and plastic bottle, the toner is collected on bottle neck, where is two circles. Even if bottle isnt full but the neck of bottle is dirty the error will occure.
Clean the neck with dry cloath, and then with some antistatic detergent, this will take care of the bottle.

But more permanent solution is to disconnect the waste toner sensor. You will see it above the waste toner bottle.Its a white connector with wires. Pull it out.
But then you need to take a very good care of amount of waste toner in bottle, because if it gets too full it could broke the waste toner gears. So that means that you must every time when you replace the drum, empty the bottle too.

Look in Service Manual. Make sure to clean neck of bottle thoroughly and sensor on copier if you can.

CD1 indicates Abnormal drum cleaning brush motor.

U need to perform followings:
(1)Check if the cleaning brush, recovery toner transport auger and recycle toner transport auger are not locked (no extraneous material or toner clod in both the toner transport sections at the cleaner unit and recycle toner unit.

(2) Check if the connector on the LGC board and connector pins are not disconnected.

(3) Replace the cleaning brush drive motor and recycle toner transport motor.

(4) Replace the LGC board.

The error code E0019 is the waste toner bottle is full you need to empity out the waste toner bottle and make sure the neck of the bottle is totaly clean and clear, a sensor reads dirt on the neck that the bottle is full. To clear that code after cleaning the waste toner, turn the main power switch off on the right side of the copier. The waste toner bottle is on the left hand side toward the rear of the copier and is held in with one screw. The E00225 deals with the scanning lamp. you will have to replace the lamp and the lamp PCB as a set to solve that problem. Good Luck...

For the people who need clearer information as I did. The toner waste compartment is on the bottom left of the left hand side of the machine. It is to the left of the middle bottom panel which has two small ventholes in it.

Once you open the panel you will see a large plastic bottle which simply pulls out. Empty this and make sure the neck and all areas around the neck are clean. Then place the bottle back in and close up the machine. Done
