When I make a call the bars from 4glte goes down to 1x and rejects incoming calls and blocks internet

Call Barring is turned on.

Tap the Menu icon (lower-left; below the display).

Tap Settings.

Tap Call.

Tap Call rejection.

Tap the Trashcan icon (upper-right).

Select the contact(s). Selected when a check mark is present.

Tap the Trashcan icon.

yes, in phone number recall area. number history. find number you want to block hit settings then add to reject list.

You can't block incoming unknown calls, but if you don't accept the call, you will not pay for it.

you can contact your mobile service provider..........

this is usually caused by two things.
the first thing being that your network might be bad or your phone number might be having a little conflict from your service provider's end.
the second thing could be that you have all your incoming calls barred and as such, all calls are rejected even before they connect.
anyway, the best thing to do is to call your service provider and ask them what the problem might be.
