First defragment your partitions (Hard disk partitions) and retry. I hope you know how to defragment partitions. Simply right-click "My Computer", select "Manage" and then on the left pane of the "Computer Management" windows, click "Disk Defragmenter". Now on the right-pane, click on the partition you are going to defragment, and click "Defragment", the process will begin with the status of the progress.
After all the partitions are defragmented, restart your computer and try again.
If the problem persists, try burning the project using another media (another cd or dvd of different make/brand).
Still the problem persists, then try burning the project into your computer using the feature "Image File" (you'll see this option once you click the burn button, [where you select the Source or destination]).
Let me know when you are done, i'll assist you further.
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

What it looks like is you may need to update the drivers of your video card. If you are not sure where to get the drivers from let me know the make and model of your video card so I can point you to the right drivers.
Also you need to make sure you have the most current version of Direct X installed on your computer. You can download it from this link.

Now you started that your computer defrags everytime you turn it on. Is this something that you setup or does this happen on its own. I ask because you could have a problem with you harddrive and this can cause encodeing problems.
Let me know how everything goes.
