ok go in the main menu u see 4 windows under on eof the options flip throw the windows to get it to go right side up ok in menu settings on the sony ok

I had the Problem, I replaced the bulb and it fixed the problem. a year ago I was not able to find this bulb under 450.00, I bought it last month from amazon for $73.00 and free shipping.
it can be one of two things 1 The Bulb need to be replaced, (do not buy from Sony, buy it from amazon for about 70.00 2 check your filter make sure you are getting enough ventilation. Tony
Is the buld u changed right and in working condition.please clean the optic lens and image CRT board which ( Scanner image board) to see if the issue remaisn or nott
Go into the main menu of the projector and look for mount settings or advanced picture settings. choices should be Front, Back, Floor, Ceiling or worded like that. Hope this helps
