do already take a backup of your phone? .if you having that restore with that back up or else no chance to recover it . or try is your sim having the contact backup. when the next time you save the numbers also tae a copy in your sim and occationally take a backup of your phone by selecting the backup taking option your phone

You don't have to move your contacts to sim, you can just save them to your SD.
1) open contact list
2) click "options" -> "settings" -> "advanced"
3) chose "backup to memory card"
After that you can restore your contacts from this backup on any other phone

To copy contacts from iPhone to computer
- Open iTunes on your computer that you sync it to
- Plug in your phone to the computer
- open "Address book" window's address book program. Kinda lame, but it works. Its under start-programs-accessories
- Back to iTunes, click on the phone icon on the left
- Click on the Info, and under "Contacts" (the first one) check "sync contacts from" and then pick "Mac address book" from the drop down menu
- Click all contacts
- Then at the bottom right of iTunes, click "Sync" It will ask you if you want to merge or replace. Make sure you select "MERGE" or it will delete your contacts on the phone.
