To do so:

1. Click "Forgot password" on the DVR / NVR Login screen.
2. Go to NightOwlSP.com/NOProtect.
3. Create an account or log in.
4. Register your device if you have not already done so.
5. Click on "View Details."
6. On the Device Details page, click on "Reset Code."
7. Follow the provided instructions to reset your password.

If my memory serves me correctly, you should have a tank either on the right hand side or in front of your belt buckle, behind that pad

Mine did the same thing there is a green wire and copper coil wire that came un-soldered in the head. it uses a magnet and magnetic coils to move the eyes. you will need to get someone to resolder it for you... of do it yourself.

Sounds like a problem with rear brakes.If this vehical has drum style brakes if the brake shoe has become disconnected in some way it will usally wedge against drum in one direction or another.You need to inspect rear brakes.

If your DVR is networked you can use this utility to recover the passwords
