Follow these steps in the order presented to resolve the issue.
Step one: Reset the product

While the product is still on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord into the back of the product.

If the product does not automatically turn on, press the On ( ) button.
Step two: Check the condition of the paper and reload it

Lift the photo tray lid.

Slide the paper width guide all the way to the left.
-
Remove the paper from the tray.
-
Replace any ripped, dusty, wrinkled, or bent paper.

Make sure that the stack of paper contains only one type of paper.

Tap the paper stack on a flat surface to align the edges.

Load photo paper with the print side down and short edge first into the photo tray. Slide the stack of photo paper forward until it stops.
NOTE:
If the photo paper has perforated tabs, load the photo paper so that the tabs are facing away from the product.

Slide the paper width guide snugly against the paper.
NOTE:
Do not overload the photo tray. Make sure the stack of photo paper fits within the photo tray and is no higher than the top of the paper width guide.

Lower the photo tray lid.

Extend the paper catch.

Try to print the job one more time.

Step three: Choose the photo tray in the print driver settings

Open the document to print.

Click File , and then click Print . The Print window opens.

Click Properties . The Properties window opens.

Click Printing Shortcuts , and then click the shortcut you want to use.

From the Paper source drop down list, click the paper source.

From the Size is drop down list, click the paper size.

From the Type is drop down list, click the paper type.

Click OK , and then click OK again to print the document.
