I need to recertify online dont know how

Unless you have a goverment/ assistance program carrier meaning the gov pays your bill it is more than likely a scam.

Henry "RECERTIFY"<-what does this mean.............Without your "cell phone" brand and model number nobody can help you and recertify isn't a real word....CHEERS mate....

What exactly are you trying to recertify? Your mobile phone?

I would suggest you go back to where you purchased the phone and have them perform this. We don't know what carrier you are with or what phone you have...but the best idea... go back to where you bought it. If you purchased it online... visit the website and contact customer support. This is not a simple fix..

You can re certify online. All you need is the phone number and the enrollment number which is on the paperwork you got when you signed up.

when its time to recertify you should recieve a pink envelope in the mail with all your info in it, and the instructions on how to do it online with a pin number you will use to identify you and your phone. its real easy just answer a few quick questions about how you qualify and thats it you will be given a confirmation number for your records but then you are set.

Call company you want to recertify with. They will ask you for your information to certify you. Then let them know you need a new phone as well . But as you know you will have to wait a couple of weeks for it to come in mail.Or it depends they might send it through Fex Ex. Good luck????????????

Your problem doesn't make sense. You cannot try the password too often. Try a factory/hard reset.
