I know someone who was seeing the same error and also tried resetting the computer on the machine but did not work. As per what they told me it was some issue with the Motor. And they could replace the motor under warranty and the issue was resolved. you can try doing the same thing if nothing works. cheers.

I have the same West Bend 5100 rower with one operable foot rest.

I have a Voit RM 4 rowing machine, and the 6 plastic wheels under the seat are dried up and broken. Any one know of a replacement option?
