well.... what i do is that when i forgot my pattern code i just factory reset the phone or sign in through google but when u reset your phone you have to press the two buttons (power button and the volume down button to your see it comes up to a screen that says fastboot) then u scroll down till where u see it said android recovery and then u go into it then hit wipe cache or what ever it saids but make sure you have everything backed up to your computer or on dropbox (i hope this helps)but if u dont know how to do it go to youtube an copy this link im giving you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIefyBRpX9k
