I HAVE CHANGE THE NOKIA CODE WHICH IS 12345 AND I PUT MY AND I FORGOT IT?

Option 1, How to Hard Reset Nokia E7 with Software Menu:

1. Turn On Nokia E7
2. Go to Menu: Menu > Settings > Phone > Phone management > Factory settings > Delete data and restore
3. Nokia E7 will ask the default security lock code is: 12345
4. The rest will do by itself to master reset Nokia E7, this process will erase or wipe all important data

#Option 2, How to Hard Reset Nokia E7 with Hardware Button Combinations Key:

1. Before doing the master reset and format Nokia E7, you have to backup any important data
2. Battery Nokia E7 should full charge
3. Turn Off Nokia E7
4. Press and hold together: Volume Down Button key + Camera Button key + Menu Button key, after that continue with press Power Button (do not release the first three button)

You have a couple of options here;

Some have been able to use the default password 12345 for this Nokia;

You can contact Nokia and have them reset it for you;

Try the *#7370# reset code and if that does not work try the deep reset.

You will have to backup your phone before performing resets as your data may be lost. All of it.

You can try the "3 finger deep reset".

Power your off,

depress and hold these three keys simultaneously * 3 green phone

power on phone using the on/off button while keeping the three keys depressed until you hear

the start-up tone.

You can also try;

1- Turn the device off

2- Press and hold "shift" "space" and Back space keys

3- Turn on the device by pressing the on button

4- Wait till the nokia logo appear

The phone should have reset itself.

These options work for some people; but when i tried it; i had to take out the battery after powering the phone off; THEN performing the steps. It took several attempts; but it wiped the phone back to factory.

To reset your cell dial code *#7780# or *#7370# which restores the factory settings. it will ask you to confirm that press OK. it will take some time and your handset will be format & restored to original settings. When it ask reset password and u have not changed it before then Default security code for nokia is 12345

But if you format the whole phone memory then follow the procedure below

First of all Switch off your phone then press and hold 3 keys combined

• Green dial key
• Star key no *
• No 3 key on keypad

then press the power on to switch on the phone.

• In the process don't leave the 3 press and hold keys, After some time the phone will format completely

Note: Remember one things this will deletes all your messages, all contacts, photos, notes etc in the phone memory.Your phone is like a new phone. So better is first save all your data and then restore it.

To reset your Nokia n77 you can opt any of the following way

1. Normal reset- Dial *#7780# from your phone. It will ask for security code.(The default code is 12345, unless you have changed it). It will not delete any content but resets the phone to factory condition/setting.
2. Deep Reset- Dial *#7370# from your phone. It will again ask for the security code. Enter the security code(Default 12345) and format it. This action will delete all the content on your device.
3. Deep/Hard Reset- Turn off your Nokia phone. Press "*" + "3" + "Call/green button" from your phone's keypad and turn the phone on while these keys are pressed and wait until Nokia logo appears. It will again delete all the content on the device. This will override the security code step and format the device without asking the security code.

Important: Please make sure that your Nokia phone is fully charged and connected to the charger while reseting to avoid any problem.

1. Switch off your Nokia phone
2. Now Press following key sequence *#7370# or *#7780#
3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
5. Wait for message ‘Format

u don't need to unlock, for format your cell just follow following procedure

Note :all your data will be delete in the process of formatting.

Restoring your Nokia phone

• Normal Reset
• Deep Reset
• How to proceed

There are two methods allowing you to reset your phone to a more unwavering state.
Normal Reset
Using the *#7780# sequence.

It will restore ini files from ROM keeping all your data (themes, 3rd party applications, video, photos, and music files)
Deep Reset
Using the *#7370# sequence.

Completely format phone memory. Default files are cleaned up and rewritten.

Note that data found on memory card will not be altered
How to proceed
When using symbian60 v1 based phone such as nokia 7650, 3650 or N gage models these two key sequences can be entered in the same way you dial up a phone number. The phone will prompt you to enter a security code (12345 by default).

On the latest S60 phones you can try a Deep Reset, using the following steps

Turns off the phone

Press simultaneously on the green/talk, 3 and* keys and hold the 3 keys.

Turn on your phone

Wait for the onscreen Format message then can release the three keys

This method may also work for Nokia
