You can try holding down the reset key while turning on the printer but this looks like a blown fuse for the 24V-A area of the machine. You may need a pro technician to sort this.
You will have to select corect machine model in service mode 200 , nomaly it is d but you will have to select between 1 and f to find the corect setting or just make sure that your cable is connected corectly
