All you can do is: Take the plug out of the wall (power) - wait 2hrs, plug in and try again. If it will not work after being cooled and the capacitors drained (which this will do) then it needs repair.
On my system, there a button to turn off the amplifier and an additional button for silencing the speakers. Did the speaker button get turned off?Will your system work with headphones?
Check your relays the accessory relay right hand upper corner and the run relay middle left side if they are the same relay switch them and see if that works if not could be the body control module. Realys under hood to the right of the battery
looks like the lens assembly servo mechanism is malfunctioning.
try to push the lens in manually-push down gently until in and power the camera after.If that does not help you will probably need to change the lens assembly (it should be done by a proffessional)
